Web Portals and E-Commerce Systems
Integrated solutions for selling products in any merchandise sector. B2B and B2C E-Commerce developed in PHP language, complete with product configuration systems and connection to management software.
Product range and Shop
The entire product warehouse was extracted from the company management system using simple Excel sheets, complete with all technical data, measurements, color variants and supply status.
A customized import system was created to insert and normalize the data within a Nios4 database. A tailor-made data synchronization system was linked, relying on the Nios4 Web Service, the iOS and Android App and the Web App are powered by the data they receive from Nios4. The graphic design of the Web App was studied and developed to ensure visual navigation between lines and products. The search system allows you to quickly find both product sheets and linked files, which are opened with a click to provide the greatest number of useful and relevant information to the search in the shortest possible time.
All files and products are managed in 5 languages and based on the browser language, the web app automatically proposes the correct language.
Technical Data Sheets and Product Range
From a custom-developed MySql database, all products complete with information and technical specifications have been entered.
Available for each product:
- order code detail table
- downloadable 2D and 3D technical drawings directly in .dwg, .dxf, and .iges format
- auto-generated PDF sheets instantly created by the browser with customized graphics
- documentation and dimensioned technical diagrams
- online quote requests
- integrated product sample request system
Customer, Sales Force and Reseller Services Portal
An online portal and native iOS and Android apps entirely dedicated to the world of Motovario Services. Tools dedicated to Customers, the sales force, and Motovario Dealers. Within the MyMotovario Web Portal the following sections have been developed and integrated:
- Configurator and Product Selection
- Technical Documentation managed in 5 languages
- Manuals and Assembly Instructions for assembling the product
- Files and Corporate insights
Parts developed by third parties have also been integrated, such as:

- Order Tracking

Store B2C
Online store developed starting from the Thenar articles database, available on the Technical Site www.thenar.it
The articles, based on certain parameters, are also displayed within the e-commerce and can be purchased directly with the definition of shipping methods, delivery times, and direct payment. B2C E-Commerce specific for the plastics sector.
B2B E-Commerce
E-Commerce aimed at customers acquired with product configuration procedures and visual selection. We develop online e-commerce stores in native PHP language to allow the company to independently modify and customize the site. In addition to the creation of the Web e-commerce we offer:
- Preliminary consulting, analysis of the situation and objectives
- Graphics, layout, colors and images in site development
- Cross-device or mobile friendly or responsive website
- UX study and optimization
Product Configurator connected to the CRM
The product configurators we develop represent exceptional resources for our Clients to optimize costs and time related to commercial activities.
It is in fact possible to provide Agents with a simplified tool to configure the product directly with the Client, according to their needs. A guided visual choice that can be provided to the sales force but also to Clients who are thus able, independently, to find the right product configuration and obtain a first estimate from the preliminary quote.
Production Flow Management
Web portal for the management of workflow for the R&D Research and Development Department and preparation of the Production Order.
Each work phase, set up as columns, contains the tasks of the activities to be carried out. For each task, it is possible to assign the user who must perform it and attach files to share with the work group.
The portal includes a Gantt view for a quick and visual check of the time spent versus available time, and the login checks and notifies if there is another user working on the same project.
