Il sistema LINKtools è stato sviluppato da D-One per localizzare e tracciare le attrezzature da lavoro su cantieri, negli ambianti di lavoro in genere e nelle fasi di spostamento da un cantiere all'altro.
Attraverso la creazione di una rete di trasmettitori Bluetooth l’attrezzatura sarà monitorata attraverso appositi Lettori posizionati all’interno dei cantieri, dei veicoli e sui kit da lavoro degli operai, permettendo di identificare la loro posizione teorica.
Il sistema può anche monitorare la posizione degli operai registrando attraverso i telefoni, l’arrivo e la partenza dai vari punti di lavoro e/o cantieri, notificando automaticamente all'azienda, sia la loro posizione che il tempo trascorso all’interno del luogo.
